Baseball’s San Diego Padres were the first national sports team to have an annual military appreciation night and in 2008 the Padres began wearing camouflage jerseys for every Sunday home game. Offered is relief pitcher Carlos Guevara’s game-worn Padres camouflage jersey from 2008, tagged on the hem as a size “46” with an adjoining screened MLB “Authentic Collection” patch. This nice gamer features the green tackle twill “Padres” lettering on the front, with “Guevara” and his number “58” on the back and the American flag patch sewn on the right sleeve. Guevara was drafted by the Florida Marlins and traded to the Padres the same day. A terrific San Diego Padres game-worn jersey honoring the men and women of the armed forces.
