Very rare opportunity is this full Toronto Maple Leafs baseball uniform with a cap, featuring 1957 game-worn jersey and pants from the International League champions that are attributed to outfielder Jack Daniels. "Sour Mash Jack" hit .231 with 10 homers and 33 RBIs in 81 games with the diamond Leafs, who went 88-65 under manager Dixie Walker. "Rawlings 'Hall of Fame' Flannel" tagging is sewn on the left tail of the blue-pinstriped jersey that features an awesome blue felt Maple Leaf sewn on the left breast with stylized "ML" thickly stitched in fine white thread. Number 7 is sewn on the back and right breast in blue felt. The outline of the stitching of the removed size tag shows to the right of the bottom of the Rawlings tag. A laundry instruction tag sewn inside the left tail has a "Set 1 1956" flag tag. The jersey was most likely worn by an unknown player the previous season before being recycled for Daniels' use in 1957. Button front pants have the same Rawlings HOF Flannel tagging on the inside rear with size 34 tagging on the right, laundry care tagging on the left, and a "Set 1 1957" flag tag hanging from the bottom. A bold "7" stands out in the various numbers written in black beside the tagging. The blue cap with plastic back adjustable sizing has New Era Pro Model size "small-medium" flag tag and displays a 1960s Maple Leafs T logo sewn on the front. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
