Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014

Rugged, hard hitting Rob Blake has signed in big and bold silver marker on the tape-removed blade of his game-used “Louisville TPS” stick that retains the original black and white taped knob and shows “Blake”, along with a serial number, printed midway down the shaft. Remnants of black tape are noticeable on the blade, and game marks are strewn from the heel and upwards along the shaft. Blake, who would suit up for the Kings, Avs, and Sharks over his distinguished 1270 game career, collected a Norris Trophy in 1998 while with the Kings, a Stanley Cup in 2001 with the Avalanche, and was a member of Team Canada’s gold-winning performance at the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City.
