Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2014
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/17/2014
Sensational find of 4 unused and immaculate Spalding hockey sticks from the 1950s, measuring 62", with 3 of the sticks still retaining its 2 sets of 4 red strips on the shaft while other has most of the red strips complete. "Spalding” is stamped between the strips, and two have “Double Bilt” added and two without, while “Made in Canada” is stamped near the “Double Bilt”. Two of these wooden beauties are “lefts” and 2 are “rights”, although they’re almost straight as an arrow, and all 4 have “1034A” stamped at the top. Just an awesome foursome of sticks from longtime stick maker Spalding, with these 4 looking like they came right out of the local sporting goods store.
