Jason Bonsignore, originally selected 4th overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 1994 Entry Draft, eventually found himself with the Tampa Bay Lightning during the 1997-98 campaign where he laced 'em up for 35 games that season. While with this '97-'98 Lightning squad, Bonsignore wore this white CCM gamer, tagged in the collar as size 56, and one which bears a green and white patch on the right breast in tribute to former player John Cullen, who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 1997. The Cullen tribute patch also shows a handwritten "DD" on it. This game-used Bonsignore jersey shows light wear, with a sprinkling of marks on the front and both sleeves, and has a small unrepaired hole on the left sleeve. Puckering is noticeable on the front crest.
