Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
Forward Matt D’Agostini wore this white Habs road gamer during the 2009-2010 campaign when the right winger, originally drafted by the Habs in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, suited up for 40 games, and which would be his final year in Montreal before moving on to the St. Louis Blues. Tagged in the collar as a size 56, this Set 1 gamer has a handwritten “1” above the size tag, and features game use with blue paint transfer and marks on the right sleeve, some marks and an unrepaired hole on the left sleeve with some pilling on the cuff. Paint transfer is also below the nameplate, with marks on both the front and back of the jersey. There is also a mark on the Canadiens “1909-2009” Centennial patch sewn on the right shoulder and pilling is found in the fight strap area. A “Game-Worn Jersey” team registry patch is sewn on the inside hem, and a team hologram on the back numbers matches the hologram on the LOA, which is signed by Habs Head Equipment Manager Pierre Gervais.
