Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2013
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
It was Tom Kostopoulos’ first of two seasons as a Montreal Canadien, the 2007-08 campaign, and this Set #1 gamer was worn by the gritty forward for 16 games stretching from Sept. 19 to Nov. 30, and which included 3 pre-season contests as well. Tagged in the collar as a size 58, with a handwritten “1” just above, this gamer shows nice wear, with marks throughout the front of the jersey, including on the team’s crest, with both sleeves also having a substantial amount of marks. Some material snags, and also some pilling, are noticeable on the front as well. Jersey is photo-matched to clear marks on and below the team's crest. A Canadiens registry patch is sewn on the inside hem, and a Habs hologram with serial number is attached to the back number. A nice gamer from a blue collar player who often played a key role for his team. [red] Addendum; Comes with a team LOA.[/red]
