The Habs wore these red gamers when HNIC celebrated its milestone during its October 6, 2001 broadcast of the Montreal vs Toronto game in Montreal. These game-worn jerseys were retained afterwards by the CBC, which subsequently added the "HNIC" patch sewn on the left breast. Tagged in the collar as a size 56, this Reebok gamer has light marks on the front, marks and a board burn on the right sleeve, and marks on the left as well, including a beauty on the left sleeve number "37". Puckering is noticeable on the team's crest and back number, and Poulin has autographed his name in dark marker above the team's crest. This gamer was worn in all games, pre-season included, leading up to and including the 2-2 game on October 6, 2001 against Toronto. The CBC has given away over two dozen of these Hockey Night in Canada 50th anniversary jerseys to nationally-sponsored charity events for fundraiser raffles or silent auctions. The 2001-02 campaign, in which Poulin wore this gamer, would be his final season in the NHL, in a career in which he totaled a nice 634 regular season games. [red] Addendum; Comes with an NHL COA and a MeiGray certificate of registration.[/red]
