Goalie mask aficionados have a special treat available here with Mark LaForest's 2012 Winter Classic Alumni Game game-worn mask from the Philadelphia Flyers alumni team's outdoor showdown with the New York Rangers oldtimers. LaForest wore this spectacular Bauer mask when he took over from HOFer Bernie Parent early in the Flyers' 3-1 win over the Blue Shirts at Citizen Bank Park on December 31, 2012. Featuring the Flyers' famous flying P logo on either side, this classic paint job by David Arrigo bears the artist's initials painted on the bottom edge of the both sides below the ear. "Winter Classic" is painted on the chin with Philadelphia 2012 at the bottom, with a paint chip below the year. There is another small chip on the bottom edge of the left side of the chin, a couple of small chips on the top of the forehead, red paint transfer on the left side of the top near the back edge, and a bit of red paint transfer above the gun barrel painted on the right side. Backplate has LaForest's "Trees" nickname and Flyers logo in black and straps and inner padding are intact. Comes with LaForest's signed LOA. Lots of wear on the Bauer label sticker inside the left side of the chin with the date “Jan. 15” still visible but the year all but completely worn off. Also included is a printed copy of the game summary signed by LaForest and an 8" x 10" printed photo of LaForest in action wearing the mask during the game.
