It says in the early '64 junior program that 15-year old Bobby Orr might be too small to someday play in the NHL! Offered is a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" program from Maple Leaf Gardens for a game between the Toronto Marboros and Oshawa Generals, with little number 2 Bobby Orr in the lineup, in excellent condition, and includes a 4" x 5" insert of a young Rod Seiling. Also included in Bruins' collection of 7 are two 8" x 10" Orr media photos from '72-'73 and '73-'74, a circa-1970 record album "the two sides of Bobby Orr" in used but good condition, plus a 1951-52 Bruins "Sketch Book" (media guide), and two Bruins media guides from 1946 and '47. The two 8” x 10” black and white Orr glossies are in excellent condition with no marks or tears, with a touch of age darkening on the edges of the 1972-73, and a slight corner crease on the ’73-‘74 picture. The 1951-52 Bruins Sketch Book guide is complete and intact, which some darkening around the edges and a touch of creasing in one top corner. The ’46 and ’47 Bruins guides show some past handling and have darkened covers, with the 1946 edition showing a faint crease in one corner. All in all, a real nice collection of Orr/Bruins relics in really nice condition, with the January 19, 1964 Oshawa Generals/Orr vs. Toronto Marlies program being in truly excellent condition.
