Wonderful 1969 hardcover book with dust jacket still intact, signed throughout by an incredible 22 players, including two from the man in the title, Bobby Orr. This book was signed at the 1970 Bruins training camp, held in London, Ontario, by the main core of the 1969-70 Stanley Cup champions, along with a few prospects who attended the camp. Others who have signed include Phil Esposito, Wayne Cashman, Gerry Cheevers, Derek Sanderson, and many others, mostly in blue ink. An old Stan Fischler book on the big, bad Bruins, jam packed with signatures. Apparently Bobby Orr wasn't happy with his name being used in the title of this book without his consent, but regardless, he signed his name twice in it. Other signatures here include Ted Green, Don Awrey, Ed Johnson, John McKenzie, Fred Stanfield, Ken Hodge, coach Tom Johnson, Wayne Carleton, Ed Westfall, Dallas Smith, Dick Cherry, Daniel Butch Bouchard, Garnet "Ace" Bailey, who died in the 9/11 attacks, plus others. Dick Cherry's signature was started in blue ink and ended in black, as was Rick MacLeish's signature. MacLeish was originally drafted by the Bruins in 1970, but his glory years would be in Philadelphia. The dust jacket of this book has small tears and overall handling evidence, but remains in very good condition.
