What a team the '69-'70 Boston Bruins were, a Cup winner led by the likes of Bobby Orr, Phil Esposito, and Gerry Cheevers along with the usual suspects. Offered is a classic Bruins team picture from that season, issued by the Boston Globe, taken slightly from the side and measuring a nice 12" by 15". The picture is vintage-signed by approximately 21 players and coaches in clear and bold blue ink, including classic signatures of Orr, Espo, Cheevers, McKenzie, Cashman, Bucyk and so many others. The picture is in wonderful condition with only slight creases to note and a tiny tear on the right border. Just a fabulous group shot with sensational autographs, from a powerhouse and classic Bruins squad. Comes with a notarized LOA signed by both the notary public and a representative of James Spence Authentication. Other signatures appearing on this photo include General Manager Milt Schmidt, coaches Harry Sinden and Tom Johnson, plus Derek Sanderson, Ken Hodge, Don Marcotte, Don Awrey, Jim Lorenz, Bill Lesuk, Wayne Carleton, Ted Green and others. Sinden's autograph is scratched slightly. The '69-'70 campaign would see the great Bobby Orr break through with a stunning and league-leading 120 points, setting records as the first d-man in league history to record over 100 points. Orr's 87 assists set another record, as did his 33 goals, which was the best ever by a defenceman.
