Cool Yorkton Terriers black leather coach’s coat with chenille team crest sewn on the front and “Coach” and “G. Mgr.” chenille patches sewn on the left sleeve is a highlight of Dennis Polonich’s collection of memorabilia from the Saskatchewan Junior A hockey team he guided from 1987-92. Button front bomber style beauty has size 40 flag tag and Sas-Kam Sportsman tagging in the back of the neck. Polo is seated in the front row of a big 1990-91 Yorkton Terriers SJHL & Anavet Cup champions 16x20 team photo displayed in a 22” x 26” black metal frame. There are a variety of eight more Terriers 8x10 team photos from 1986-87 to 1990-91, including a couple of informal poses along with six traditional posed team photos. Polonich’s Terriers business card is included along with a variety of 10 of his mostly Terriers plaques along with a 1999 Saskatchewan Wheatland Bruins Thank You Coach plaque with an informal team photo that includes future NHL All-Star Ryan Getzlaf in the back row. A Yorkton Terriers puck and two Yorktown Terriers license plates (4” x 12”) round out the lot. Comes with Dennis Polonich’s signed LOA.
