This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/5/2013
Dennis Polonich’s late-1960s and early-1970s minor hockey awards from his native Saskatchewan include his Midget A plaque. Dennis’ full name is spelled out across a banner attached to the bottom of the 9” x 6” wood plaque below another copper-colored plaque with “Saskatchewan Amateur Hockey, Midget A 1969-70 won by Moose Jaw Kinsmen” spelled out around an image of a hockey player in relief skating in front of the provincial crest. Three small trophies include Dennis’ Moose Jaw Kinsmen “Most Gentlemanley” (sic) 1970, another trophy with Dennis’ name and “1968-69” on the plaque on the front, and a third with “M.J. Kinsmen MVP 1970” on the front of its wood base. Rounding out the top are two trophy pucks from the 1970 Swift Current Midget A Tournament of Champions. Comes with Dennis Polonich's signed LOA.
