Great gathering of mementos saved by Ken Morrow from those exciting days that were the 1980 Winters Olympic Games in Lake Placid. Some of the items include two postcards and a postcard booklet, a belt buckle featuring the mascot of the Games, a lucite desk weight with a hockey motif, two small scroll-style banners, a USA Hockey Team lapel pin in red, white and blue enamel and a larger round booster club-style US Hockey Team pinback button. More items here with a game program from the 1980 match-up between Team USA and the Flint Generals as they prepared for the upcoming Olympics, a classy certificate of recognition from Bowling Green University acknowledging Ken's Olympic accomplishments and four parchment copies of a similar certificate from the State of Michigan spelling out a Resolution honoring Morrow as an Olympian. Finally, two framed Resolutions, one from the State of Michigan Senate and another from their Legislature, complete with gold seals and signatures that recognize and pay tribute to Ken Morrow as a member of the 1980 US Olympic Hockey Team. All items are in overall excellent condition. From the collection of Ken Morrow, complete with his signed letter of authenticity.
