A legendary center for the Rangers during the 1920s and '30s, Frank Boucher was in his first season as head coach of the New Yorkers when he penned this one-page letter to a fan in Brooklyn. Dated November 28, 1939, it mentions that a copy of the Philadelphia scheduled games is included, thanks a Miss Clifton for sending him a "splendid snap" and concludes "and you can be sure I would appreciate any snap or snaps you may care to send along from time to time." A fine, bold Frank Boucher signatures follows "Yours sincerely." Punch holes in the left margin and the original envelope, addressed by the coach, are also to note. Boucher was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1958 and died in 1977.
