Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction November 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/16/2010
Patrick Roy and Grant Fuhr have each signed their respective sticks in this lot of two game-used Hall of Fame goalie sticks from the personal collection of Rogatien Vachon. Roy has signed with his #33 in black marker on the paddle of his Colorado Avalanche Koho gamer. "P. Roy" is stamped on the front of the shaft, which retains Patrick's white tape knob and with a black grip tape handle. Another grip tape handle remains intact above the paddle at the base of the shaft. Patrick's white tape job on the blade is intact with puck marks and a gouge in the tape near the toe displaying its game use. A real beauty, as is Fuhr's signed Cooper from his stint with the Kings. Grant has signed in black marker near the top of the paddle. This game-used stick in the Kings' white-black-and-silver color scheme retains Fuhr's white tape knob and black bulldog tape job on the blade. A chip and a crack along the top edge of the paddle are to note, otherwise this HOFer gamer remains fully intact and displays plenty of use. This fantastic pair of signed HOFers game-used goalie sticks comes with Rogatien Vachon's signed LOA.
