Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/22/2010
Acquired by St. Louis from Tampa Bay during the 1992-93 season, Doug Crossman wore this white Blues jersey featuring the Stanley Cup centennial patch during home games. The number 23174 is handwritten in black marker and "Blues official 1st set of 1992-93 season" is screened in blue on the inner rear hem, along with a BlueNote Authentic hologram sticker. The Maska and size 52 fly tags in the neck have been sewn over by nameplate stitching. The jersey has its original fight strap and features really nice wear with stick marks on both cuffs, particularly around the left elbow, a good slashing board burn on the right elbow that shows through to the white gusset and includes blue polyester burn residue. The jersey has good stick marks on the front and loose red threads around the blue twill No. 6, which is sewn onto yellow vinyl that is screened onto red twill.
