Every kid fantasizes about scoring the big goal when he grows up; Paul Henderson got to live out his dream in 1972 when he scored "The Goal" that gave Team Canada an unforgettable comeback win over the Soviets in the Series of the Century. Paul has added his #19 to his black ink signature on this gorgeous framed print, number 99 in a limited edition of 150 (Player's Edition) by artist Douglas R. Laird. Titled "Remember The Goal", the print is a pond hockey version of Henderson's memorable goal with 34 seconds remaining that gave Canada a 6-5 win in the eighth and final game of the Summit Series, the team's third straight win after dropping the first game in Moscow to fall behind 1-3-1. The artist has signed this 17" x 25" lithograph in pencil. Magnificent signed framed display measures 29" x 36" and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
