Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2010
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/16/2010
For pre-war collectors not too concerned about condition and not wanting to pursue singles, this lot offers a complete set of O-Pee-Chee's 1936-37 scarce die-cut cards, with however just seven of the 36-card set in their original intact form. Present and in the VG range are #s 100-Davidson, 105-Colville (closer to G), 111-McKenzie, 113-Wiebe, 114-Desilets, 115-Robinson and 119-Boll. The rest are missing part of their upper half with big names Shore, Charlie and Lionel Conacher, Clancy and Apps soiled but not too badly creased, while Morenz, Joliat and Broda are at the lower end. You'll be able to say you have a set featuring several of hockey's all-time greats.
