The 2009 Montreal Centennial Auction
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/24/2009
An original member of the Florida Panthers, Mike Hough wore this road gamer during his four seasons with the team. The alternate captain’s “A” in white and navy twill is sewn onto the left breast and the CCM and size 54 fly tags remain in the neck. A certificate of authenticity from the Panthers is included. Hough helped lead the Panthers to the Stanley Cup final in 1996 with his gritty play, which is exhibited in this jersey. The bottom right front of the collar is torn and stitching of the seam in the rear of the collar is letting go. There is a nice horizontal stick mark on lower left front of jersey and a small slashing cut at the bottom of the No. 18 on the right sleeve, a board burn hole on the right elbow and great board burns on the left sleeve. The fight strap remains and “Denis Potvin Sports” is screened in white on the navy inner tail.
