The 1993 Canadian Football League Championship game played between the
Edmonton Eskimos and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at McMahon Stadium in
Calgary, Alberta was the 81st Grey Cup game. The Eskimos defeated the
Blue Bombers 33-23 to win the Cup in 1993 and each member of the
victorious roster received one of these stunning rings to remember the
occasion. Eight real diamonds decorate the raised image of the Grey
Cup with 24 more sparkling diamonds forming a bezel around the outer
edge of the tableau of the ring. One side is sculpted with the
enameled logo of the Edmonton Eskimos with the player name “Shelton”
above and number “19” below. The opposite shank has the logo of the
2003 Grey Cup with the game’s score and “Edmonton Eskimos” above and
“Eleventh Grey Cup” below. This weighty ring is stamped inside with
“Jostens” and the “10K” assayers marking. Size 10.5 and in perfect
condition. A rare and real player ring from an incredible season in
Eskimo country.
