The 1934-35 Toronto Maple Leafs finished first in the NHL’s Canadian Division with a league-leading 30-14-4 record for 64 points in 48 games. The Leafs went on to lose the Stanley Cup final to the Montreal Maroons, who claimed their second and final championship. This remarkable original CCM Skates display poster features black and white caricatures of Hollett, Conacher, Clancy, Art and Harvey Jackson, Kelly, Blair, Finnigan, Cotton, Kilrea, Thoms, Primeau, Horner, Day,Metz, Hainsworth and Boll. They were drawn on a light blue background by Jack McLaren. The 12” x 16” poster remains in excellent condition and the fold-out cardboard display tripod on the back is intact and has never been used.
