The Jacques Laperriere Auction - Fall 2008
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/21/2008
Toronto-born winger Rick Dudley bounced back and forth between the Buffalo Sabres and the World Hockey Association Cincinnati Stingers during the final four seasons of the Seventies. This is Dudley’s game worn black mesh number “9” uniform with screened crest and numbering and it features a mesh plate holding tackle twill lettering, identical to the materials used to fashion the smaller captain’s “C” on the left breast. The Russell Athletic collar tag has the “L” for large, indicating the sizing. Game wear consists of numerous dark stick slashes on the front, back and arms along with a paint transfer mark on the lower back.
