Bourne has autographed a copy of a May 23, 1983 shot of President Reagan greeting the Islanders, and another official White House photo from 1988 of Bourne and Reagan, who received the sports magazine’s “Athletes Who Care” in the Oval Office. Bourne’s first hat trick puck from 1984 and his 1980-81 Islanders’ player of the year is among the trophies and awards in this lot along with a 1976-77 Good Guy Award from the New York hockey writers, several minor hockey awards and first and second star plaques from his junior career, a pair of certificates from Texas’ Bell County including an honorary judge title, an E-Center V.I.P. program from 1997, and a 2005 plaque from the City of Saskatoon.
