Purchasing Mike Brumley and Bill Skowron before the start of the National League season, the Los Angeles Dodgers finished tied for sixth place in 1964, with the club managed by Walter Alston. Both Don Drysdale and Sandy Koufax played in the All-Star game that season. A formidable team during the era, the Dodgers were World Series champions in both 1963 and 1965. This ball has been team-signed by the 1964 Dodgers. A "Los Angeles Dodgers" souvenir ball with red stitching, 21 have signed in matching ink including Koufax, Drysdale, Oliver, Howard, Alston, Davis, Torborg, Reed, Walls, Fairly, Podres, Camilli, Griffith, Moon, Parker, Moeller and a few others. There is some fading to the signatures, with an even coat of toning to the ball. A JSA sticker is affixed, with an LOA to accompany.
