Seven NHL games with the “Brooklyn” Americans in 1941-42 and pictured on one of the rarest Bee Hive photos are Yukon-born Hazen McAndrew’s claims to fame. The defenceman’s ultra-desirable Bee Hive, the likes of which only a few examples are known in the hobby, gives a good look at Brooklyn’s one-year uniform, with the photo itself crease and problem-free. The beige backing has also survived in nice shape with just light corner wear and a small crease in two corners to be aware of….along with the fact that an opportunity like this may not come along again for quite some time.
