Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
The Edmonton Oilers won the Clarence Campbell Bowl as conference champions for a second straight season in 1983-84 on their way to their first Stanley Cup win. This beautifully preserved personal Campbell Bowl trophy was presented by Oilers owner Peter Pocklington to his father, Bazil Pocklington, to commemorate their Campbell Conference final win over the Minnesota North Stars, who Edmonton outscored 22-10 during the four-game sweep to set up their second straight final against the New York Islanders. “Bazil Pocklington, Edmonton Oilers, 1983-84” is engraved on one side of the lidded bowl, which stands atop a six-sided wood base that retains the original green felt on the bottom. Comes with an LOA.
