Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
A powerhouse in the Q throughout the early-to-mid-1970s, the Quebec Remparts won the Jean Rougeau Trophy as league champions in 1970, 1971 and 1973. The club can also boast the 1971 Memorial Cup, with HOF superstar Guy Lafleur leading the club to victory. We have a Remparts jersey from the early-1970s, with Jean Landry (1971-72), Don Glaude (1972-74) and Andre Dore (1974-75) all wearing the #2 jersey. Void of any labeling or tagging, the vintage durene measures-out to roughly a size 46. Featuring a thick Remparts team crest in solid black, the cream-coloured V-neck has been accented with “2” over the sleeves and verso in matching red material. Single red cuff, sleeve and waist bands have also been utilized.
Toning and discolouration is visible, with a few minor stains present. A few faint marks are also visible over each sleeve, with a team repair directly beneath the team crest.
