Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
Born in Cleveland during his father’s time with the Cleveland Barons in the mid-1960s, defenceman Dave Ellett spent 16 productive seasons in the world’s best league, with the majority of time spent with both Winnipeg and Toronto. We have a Leafs jersey worn by Ellett in 1992-93. Maska Ultrafil tagging along with “56” size tag remains affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests on the back bottom hem. Styled with the forever-classic Leafs team crest and tackle twill numbers, the Stanley Cup 100th anniversary patch sits over the right breast along with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. A heat-pressed bar code from Sports Registry sits affixed near the fight strap, with an LOA to accompany.
Nice game-wear is exhibited on the jersey, with a few marks on the front along with board burns over each sleeve.
