Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction March 2011
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/29/2011
This elegant 10K gold ring was presented to Bryan Trottier as a memento of his 1997 induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame. A large blue stone sits in the tableau while a pair of small diamonds adorn the bezel which has "Hockey Hall of Fame" and "Member" spelled out in raised gold letters. The left shank displays the HOF logo with scrolls above and below reading "B. Trottier" and "1997", the year Trottier was inducted along with Mario Lemieux and Glen Sather. A sculpted image of the HOF building in Toronto with "Est. 1943" appears on the right shank. This size 12.5 beauty remains in near-perfect condition. "10K" is stamped inside the band along with the manufacturer's marking. A treasure from his personal collection, Bryan Trottier's Hall of Fame gold ring comes with his signed letter of authenticity.
