Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2025
Chosen 70th overall by the Calgary Flames at the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, Brandon Prust played in parts of two seasons with Omaha in the AHL before making his NHL debut in 2006-07. From his third and final season in Montreal, we have a photo-matched Canadiens jersey worn by the London native in 2014-15. A size “56” CCM label is affixed to the collar with handwritten “3” (third set), with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring the famous CH team crest partially-embroidered, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Prust” across the nameplate in single blue twill. The Jean Beliveau memorial patch resides just above the right breast. There is also a second fight strap that has been added to the interior. The jersey shows just light use with a few marks and burns to the sleeves. Getty Image #467665576 (March 26, 2015) has been matched to the white thread on the right side of the Beliveau "4" patch, and to threading anomalies on the "8" on the right sleeve. The team patch (A03671) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU07868” from the Canadiens affixed to the collar matches the LOA from the Canadiens that will accompany.
