Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction November 2023
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/29/2023
A testament to his defensive prowess, Brad Park was runner-up for the James Norris Trophy six times during the 1970s - losing mostly to Bobby Orr, and saw action in nine All-Star Games throughout his HOF career. Hailing from the personal collection of fellow HOFer Tom Johnson, we have a signed stick used by Park with Boston circa 1978. A CCM Custom Pro model with "Park" and "22" stamped to the upper shaft, the original white tape is in place over the handle, with no tape on the blade (images from the era show Park using no tape on the blade). The stick shows light game-use with a few marks over each side of the blade and some darkening to the taped handle. Park has signed the upper shaft, adding "Best Wishes". An LOA from the Johnson Family will accompany.
