Fittingly, a collection of four encapsulated cards featuring number 4, Bobby Orr, is offered up here, with PSA graders doing the examining and slabbing. Card #118 from 1967-68 commemorates Bobby's eye-opening rookie-of-the-year season, with very pleasing centering among its attributes, the sum of which earned a mark of NM-MT 8. PSA numbers reveal that, as of this writing, just 35 similar examples have ever scored higher than NM-MT 8. Also earning NM-MT 8 recognition is Orr's regular Topps card (#24) from 1969-70, the write-up on the back including "Age means nothing to Bobby Orr. He's already the NHL's "Mr. Everything". Representatives from the 1970s include card #100 from '71-72, slabbed NM 7, while #100 from '72-73 is labeled MINT 9. The latter also refers to the great Orr as "Mr. Everything" and adds "is destined to become one of the greatest stars in league history." Four nice ones of #4, Bobby Orr await the high bidder here.
