Towering over the competition at 6’6 without skates, Swedish-born Anders Lindback was the 207th overall pick in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, selected by Nashville in the seventh round. This mask was worn by Lindback in 2011-12, and it’s been photo-matched. A Bauer model, the mask has been titled “PredClassic” by artist David Gunnarsson and features the alternate team logo on both sides, with the main logo across the top section. The Bridgestone Arena’s 22 story tower is also pictured along the back edge on the left hand side. The back headpiece has a “Together 3” sticker on the left hand side, along with a nose and mustache pictured beneath. The artist Gunnarsson has also signed the mask along with “2011”, with notations along the top edge including his web address.
The mask has been photo-matched to the small chip near the left side ear hole, to the chip on the lower edge below it, to the chipping on the lower front including the small chip the top left of the "9" of "39". It has also been photo-matched to a number of chips on the right ear side’s lower edge, and to the long black mark on the elevated edge of the top right side. A repaired chip is visible just above the forehead, with additional chips along edges on the chin and on both sides below the ear sections. There is also some crazing to the design at spots where the cage has been affixed.
