Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
The American League MVP in 2004, Vladimir Guerrero Sr. was enshrined into the hallowed halls of the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York in 2018 after a 16-year Major League career that was kicked off by eight (8) spent north of the border with the Montreal Expos. Offered here, we present this Vladimir Guerrero Sr. pro model bat made by famed bat maker Louisville Slugger during either the later portion of the 2000 or early part of the 2001 MLB season. A natural wood colour stick with the Louisville Slugger emblem branded into the neck of the bat with a "Powerized" designation seen beside it in matching style, a filled in MLB logo appears next to that while "Genuine - Vladimir Guerrero - Montreal Expos" appears branded into the barrel. Measuring 34" in length and void of any of Vladdy's usually seen penned notations over the knob or end of the barrel, the bat remains in overall excellent condition overall with just a few light marks throughout while Guerrero has signed underneath the barrel branding with a large black marker ink signature that displays well despite some light fading from age that is worth mentioning for accuracy.
