The late Tim Horton and fellow deceased HOFer Marcel Pronovost and Allan Stanley are among the 18 vintage autographs from members of the 1966-67 Stanley Cup champion Maple Leafs on the cover of this Maple Leaf Gardens team-signed program. Leafs captain George Armstrong, Johnny Bower, Dave Keon, Frank Mahovlich and Red Kelly make it a total of eight HOFers who have signed the cover of this January 7, 1967 program from Toronto’s 5-2 win against Boston that has rookie Bobby Orr listed in the Bruins’ lineup in the centerfold. The program measures 11” x 8 3/8” and is complete, nicely preserved in crease-free condition and ready for framing with a team picture. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
The blue ballpoint autographs are all grouped on the white portion of the cover, with a very nice Horton example below Pronovost’s name on the cover. The other Maple Leafs who have signed are Ron Ellis, Pete Stemkowski, Jim Pappin, Larry Jeffrey, Brian Conacher, Larry Hillman, Mike Walton, Bob Baun and trainers Bob Haggert and Tom Nayler. There is additionally a stamped Eddie Shack autograph.
