Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2025
The 1st overall pick of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Sidney Crosby has played in over 1200 National Hockey League games since his career began, every one of them in the black and gold uniform of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Owning a trophy case that includes numerous awards such as a trio of Stanley Cup championships, a pair of Olympic gold medals, two (2) Art Ross Trophies, two (2) Hart Trophies, and two (2) Conn Smythe Trophies along with many others, offered here is this signed framed photo of "Sid the Kid" that has been signed by him as well. Capturing Crosby during his early days in the NHL, the display includes an image of Mellon Arena etched into the matte underneath the image while a Penguins lapel pin is found above. Sporting an 8" x 10" of Crosby placed in the middle that has been signed by him with a black marker ink signature that displays without issue, everything is displayed under black and gold mattes, with everything completely housed in a black frame that shows some minor wear from age and display. Measuring out to full dimensions of 18 1/2" x 21", a Frameworth hologram has been affixed to the bottom right corner of the photo, certifying the autograph.
While all of our frames are thoroughly and safely packaged for shipping, due to the size and/or weight, and dependent upon the shipping company, we should mention that damage may occur in transit. Please note that as such, we are not responsible for damage to frames that occurs during shipping.
