Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction February 2025
Playing in parts of 5 seasons with the Hartford Whalers along with a single season in the nation's capital with the Senators, Peter Sidorkiewicz also saw limited action tending the crease of the New Jersey Devils, playing in 3 games for the club in 1993-94, and just a single game in 1997-98. This Devils jersey was worn by the Polish native in 1993-94. A Maska label and size 54 fly tag are affixed to the collar, with embroidered CCM and NHL crests gracing the reverse bottom hem. Featuring an attractive Devils’ team crest fully administered in tackle twill, the red “1st Set” V-neck has been accented with dual-colour sleeve and verso numbers in matching material. Featuring customized sleeves at the cuffs with the bottom seam cut open for a few inches, the team patch and Custom Crafting logos are heat pressed to the inside hem. Game wear includes a big diagonal black mark on the left front tail through the bottom of the team crest, a few more marks on the front and sleeves, and a bit of red paint transfer on the white twill of the double twill white and black reverse No. 1. An LOA will accompany from a past sale which also had items currently NOT in this lot, including a Martin Brodeur stick and a second Sidorkiewicz jersey.
