Baseball’s all-time hits king, Pete Rose, made history during his brief 95-game stint with the Montreal Expos in 1984. Rose joined Ty Cobb in the exclusive 4000-hit club with a double off Philadelphia’s Jerry Koosman in the Expos’ home opener at Olympic Stadium on April 13. Rose’s signed 1984 Expos game-worn white home jersey has a big bold blue marker autograph below the multi-twill team crest with “expos” in individual blue twill letters below it sewn on the left breast. Tagging sewn inside the left front tail includes “Rose 84” embroidered in white thread on a red patch sewn above the Rawlings size 44 tag, which has a “Set 2 1984” flag tag on the bottom right. Comes with a Leland’s LOA.
Light game wear includes several faint marks.
