A heavily contested battle that was a rematch of the Stanley Cup Finals in 1988, the 1990 edition of the Finals for Lord Stanley's coveted Cup once again pitted the Edmonton Oilers against the Boston Bruins. The first Stanley Cup Finals series for the Oilers after the trade that sent Wayne Gretzky to Los Angeles, the series would go 5 games with the Oilers taking the Series 4 games to 1, dropping only game 3 at home. A series that featured a total of 7 future Hockey Hall of Fame inductees between the two teams, offered here is a collection of approx 350 35mm negatives from Game 3, played on May 20, 1990, with the game won by Boston 2-1, with John Byce and Greg Johnston scoring for the Bruins, and Esa Tikkanen for the Oilers.
