Matt D’Agostini carved out a solid NHL career with 280 games played across five teams,
including the Montreal Canadiens, St. Louis Blues, and Pittsburgh Penguins. Drafted by the
Canadiens in the sixth round (190th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, D’Agostini made an
immediate impact in the minors, becoming a key member of the Hamilton Bulldogs’ 2007 Calder
Cup-winning team. His offensive instincts and versatility made him a valuable depth forward
throughout his NHL career.
This size 56 jersey, manufactured by Reebok, features the NHL crest on the front neckline and
the Reebok crest on the back. The number “1” is written in black marker inside the neckline,
noting the jersey set. A Centennial patch is sewn onto the right shoulder, commemorating the
Canadiens’ 100th anniversary. Inside the jersey at the hem, a team patch with the
number A01812 is affixed, matching the number on the included team LOA. The number
“36” is displayed in white on both arms and the back, with “D’AGOSTINI” in matching white
tackle twill on the red nameplate. A team hologram is located at the bottom of the “6” on the
back of the jersey, and a securely affixed fight strap is located at the back.
The game-issued jersey remains in superb condition. Its design is inspired by the
1910-11 Montreal Canadiens jersey, one of the rare times emerald green was featured in the
team’s color scheme instead of the iconic bleu, blanc et rouge.
