Yvan Cournoyer's Hall of Fame career is commemorated by this stunning ring from the Jostens company. The Roadrunner’s retired No. 12 displays 17 diamonds as set onto a large red stone on the tableau. The bezel features “Yvan Cournoyer”, “1963” and “1979” in raised gold. The left shank displays Cournoyer’s facsimile signature above an image of the old Montreal Forum with “#12 Retired 12-11-05” at the bottom. "428 Career Goals" is displayed across the top of the right shank, which also lists: “Hall of Fame 1982”, “Stanley Cups 10”, “Conn Smythe Trophy 1973”, “Team Canada 1972” and “2nd All-Star 1969-71-72-73”. "Jostens 10K" is stamped on the inner band, which also displays Cournoyer's engraved facsimile signature and the limited-edition number "1/10". The ring was re-sized with a piece added on the inner band that reduced its size to about 9 1/2. Comes with Yvan Cournoyer's signed LOA.
The top edge of the back of the band has a few small dents and more wear shows in various small scratches. Cournoyer’s golden facsimile signature is displayed on the cover of the large flip-top presentation box, which measures approximately 5" x 6" and stands about 4" high.
