Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/6/2018
Winning back-to-back Lady Byng Trophies in 1996 and 1997 as the League's most gentlemanly player, Paul Kariya holds numerous Anaheim and Nashville team records. The BC native is also the longest-serving captain in Ducks’ history, wearing the “C” for 8 seasons. We have a Ducks captain's jersey that has been signed by the HOFer. Starter labeling with a size “L” tag (size 52) grace the collar, with a Starter crest over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with a thick Ducks’ team crest with embroidered detailing, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with alternate crests over each shoulder. Kariya has signed along the top of the reverse “9” in silver, with the signature displaying well against the dark background. With just a few tiny blemishes present – including near the signature – the jersey remains in beautiful condition. A decal from PSA/DNA numbered “AE03166” has been affixed to the reverse, with a matching LOA to accompany.
