Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
Most recently seeing action with the Straubing Tigers of the German Deutsche Eishockey Liga, Connor James was an NCAA National Champion with the University of Denver. We have a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey that was worn by James during the 2008-09 regular season. A CCM label with “54” sizing sits affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring the familiar Penguins team crest with embroidered detailing, the solid white v-neck has been embellished with oversized and textured double-twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “James” across the affixed mesh nameplate in matching material. The team patch sits over the inside hem on the “Set #1” jersey, beneath the Dana Heinz signed fight strap. Exhibiting light use, a single board burn is present over the left shoulder, near a small area of red paint transfer. A team COA will accompany.
