Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
A true journeyman with time spent in the NHL, AHL and ECHL, goaltender Curtis Sanford last suited up for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the Kontinental Hockey League. This Canucks jersey was worn by the Owen Sound native in 2007-08. The proper “Goalie Style” and CCM size tagging is affixed to the collar, with partially embroidered NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with tackle twill team letters, numbers and name-on-nameplate, the “Blue Set 1” garment also features the iconic Vancouver “hockey stick” logo crests over each shoulder. Game-wear includes just a few random puck marks, mostly on the left sleeve, along with heavy pilling on the right sleeve just above the cuff. A MeiGray patch numbered E05532 has been affixed to the inner hem, and a copy of a matching LOA will be included.
