Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
One of the most beloved netminders throughout the history of the game despite seeing action in less than 400 regular-season career games, Ken Dryden first brought his winning ways to the Ivy League and Cornell, losing only four games throughout three seasons! We have a stick that was issued to the iconic HOFer during the mid-1970s. Fittingly, a Canadien model, “Dryden” appears stamped-on between a pair of loose green striping accents over the upper shaft along with handwritten “29”, with the "rainbow" decals over the paddle intact. Exhibiting just minimal storage wear, the stick remains in wonderful condition, ideal for prominent display. Finding a Dryden gamer in better condition would be no easy task.
