Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Celebrating one of the modern game’s best netminders, we have a Montreal Canadiens jersey that was issued to Guillaume Latendresse for the warm-up and ceremony for Patrick Roy’s jersey retirement night on Nov 22nd 2008. CCM size “58” labeling sits along the collar with handwritten “84”, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back neckline respectively. Featuring the sacred and partially embroidered CH team crest, the retirement night jersey has been accented with attractive dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the Roy “33” patch over the right breast. The team patch numbered A02517 has been placed on the inside hem, with a hologram from the Canadiens organization affixed to the second reverse “3”. We should also note that the team patch states “Game-Worn”, with each and every Canadiens’ patch listing that designation, despite whether the jersey was actually worn or just issued. An LOA from the Canadiens will also accompany.
