Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
Beginning his hockey career with a scholarship to Miami University, Randy Robitaille appeared for a number of NHL clubs, with a pair of seasons spent in Pennsylvania with Pittsburgh. This Penguins jersey was worn by the Ottawa native in 2002-03. Size tagging is affixed to the collar including handwritten “22”, with embroidered NHL and CCM crests on the bottom hem and back necklines respectively. Styled with the Pens team crest that saw use from 2002-2016, the solid white V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. Game-wear includes a few large and dark stick marks over the left breast, with heavy board burns with resulting holes over the left sleeve.
