Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/7/2017
Featuring enforcer Georges Laraque, we have a Pittsburgh Penguins Set 3 home jersey that was worn by the Montreal native in 2007-08, his last of 2 seasons with the club. Size tagging is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the Pens team crest that saw use from 2002-2016, the solid black V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the Pittsburgh 250th anniversary crest over the right sleeve. Game-wear includes heavy pilling over each lower sleeve, with 3 team repairs on the right elbow. There is also some very light staining to the reverse numbers. The team patch sits on the inside hem below the Dana Heinz (equipment manager) signed fight strap, with an LOA from the Penguins organization to accompany.
